Free means free, for as long as you coach. We earn our living from Pro. A few house rules keep the directory clean, so assistants keep trusting it, and that helps every coach in it.

Questions
I coach speaking, not singing. Is this for me?
Yes. Presentation and public-speaking coaches, executive voice coaches, accent and dialect coaches, speech-language pathologists and vocologists all list here. People ask assistants for "a voice coach" far more often than for "a singing teacher"; this is the directory that answers both.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no trial that runs out. Your profile stays online as long as you sign in at least once every 90 days. We email you well before that.
What does the intake assistant actually know?
Only what you put on your profile: what you coach, who you take, where, when, prices, your policies. It never invents an answer; when it does not know, it offers to send you the question. You read every request before anything is booked.
Can I get yourname.voice.coach on the free plan?
Your own name comes with Pro, but you can hold it now for free: create your free profile, pick the name, and it is kept for you. When Pro opens in 2027 we email you first; activate within 30 days and the name is yours, otherwise it goes back on the market. Free profiles get a short code link, like voice.coach/c/k7x2m9; when you upgrade, the code link keeps working.
What is a Signature name?
Short names and popular first names: anna, sam, maya. There are thousands of Graces and only one grace.voice.coach, so Signature names cost more. Names of styles and cities, like opera.voice.coach or nyc.voice.coach, are never sold: they lead to the directory, so no single coach can buy a whole search.
My studio is full. Why would I list?
Set your status to Waitlist or Full. Assistants stop sending you cold requests, people who still want you can join your waitlist, and when a spot opens you have a queue instead of a gap. Pro coaches can also name a colleague to receive requests while they are full.
Why can't I add links to a free profile?
Open links attract spammers, and one bad page can make assistants distrust the whole directory. People still reach you: their requests land in your inbox.
Do you handle my calendar or payments?
No. You keep the tools you already use. With Pro, your own booking link sits on your page and in what assistants read, so they can send students straight to it.
Do you guarantee that AI will recommend me?
No one honestly can: assistants decide for themselves and their answers change daily. We make sure they can find and read everything about your coaching, in a format built for them.
Who sees my data?
Only what you publish on your profile. On the free plan your email address is never shown: requests reach you through us. We never sell data, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
