Who runs voice.coach

voice.coach is operated by Woodlake CommV, Aarschotsebaan 4, 2235 Hulshout, Belgium, company number BE 0794.113.759. Contact: hello@voice.coach. Woodlake CommV is the controller for the personal data described below.

Coaches with a profile

• What we store: your email address, the name you teach under, photo, styles, levels, ages, languages, country, city, whether you teach online, starting price and the text about you. We also store when you signed up and last signed in, and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse.
• What is public: everything on your profile except your email address. Your profile is shown on voice.coach, in our directory and in a machine-readable form that search engines and AI assistants can read.
• Why: to publish your profile and forward lesson requests to you, which is the service you ask for (contract). Abuse prevention is based on our legitimate interest.
• How long: until you delete your profile. A profile without a sign-in for 90 days is paused (no longer public) but not deleted, so you can bring it back.
• Your control: edit, export or delete everything from your dashboard at any time.

Students who send a lesson request

We forward your name, email address, preferred times and message by email to the coach you choose, so the coach can reply to you. We do not keep the message itself. For abuse prevention we keep the date and a one-way hash of your IP address for 90 days. Once the coach has your email, the coach is responsible for how they use it.

Services we use

Cloudflare (hosting, database and the Turnstile spam check), Resend (sending emails), Google Fonts (fonts) and, only with your consent, Meta (ad measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

Always: when you sign in, we set one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and we remember your cookie choice in your browser. These are strictly necessary, so we don't ask for consent.

Only if you click "Sure": we load the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure our ads. It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you visited and whether you signed up. Meta may combine this with what it knows about you and process it outside the EU. If you click "No thanks", the pixel is never loaded. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, or object to processing, via hello@voice.coach. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or the authority where you live.
