Terms for coaches

The service

voice.coach, operated by Woodlake CommV (Belgium, BE 0794.113.759), lists singing teachers and voice coaches in a public directory and forwards lesson requests from students. The free plan costs nothing and has no time limit.

Who can list

• You teach singing or voice yourself, and you are at least 18 years old.
• One profile per person and per email address.
• Everything on your profile is true and yours to publish, including your photo.

House rules

• No links, email addresses or phone numbers on free profiles: we remove them automatically. Students reach you through the request form.
• No misleading claims, no content that is offensive or illegal, and no advertising for anything other than your own lessons.
• Sign in at least once every 90 days. Otherwise we pause your profile until you sign in again.

We may edit, pause or remove a profile that breaks these rules, without prior notice.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the directory online and readable for people, search engines and AI assistants, but we can't promise that anyone will find, recommend or contact you. AI assistants and search engines decide for themselves. Agreements about lessons and payments are between you and your students; voice.coach is not a party to them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law.

Ending

You can delete your profile at any time from your dashboard. We may end the free plan with at least 30 days' notice by email.
